Suraj Mani | Managing Director
A qualified Mechanical Engineer (1994), Suraj Mani started his career as an HVAC engineer in the year 1994 as a sales & design engineer in Bangalore & in 1997 commenced a dealership called Ambient System Pvt Ltd along with 2 colleagues in kochi.The year 2001, saw him commencing operations in Bangalore and establishing Suraj Mani Engineers Pvt Ltd. A creative businessman with an excellent reputation, he is an approachable and ethical leader, leading a like-minded group of co-workers, suppliers, contractors in serving SME’s clientele. His passion for air conditioning drives him to train everyone from entry level technicians to engineers, support staff etc into outstanding performers. A firm believer in the fact that a team will always do better than a group of individuals, Suraj Mani has built a wonderful group of young and dedicated professionals that he is proud to be working with.
Sivadas | Director
Mr. Sivadas S K has been a driving force in the success story of SME from the day he walked into the organisation. A qualified B E Mechanical Engineer, he began his career with SME in 2004 as an entry level engineer and by sheer hard work, talent and professional ethics, earned his position as a Director, in a remarkably short time. His ability to build great teams, lend a sympathetic ear to his colleagues and influence their growth in SME has been instrumental in finding himself in a post where he leads many professionals older than him.
Seena Mani | Director
Seena Mani brings with her a strong foundation in technology and leadership. A B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from CUSAT (1997–2001), she went on to build an 8-year career in the IT industry with leading firms such as Mahindra British Telecom, i2 Technologies, and Cognizant Technology. She is a Director at GeekTrust, a pioneering platform that connects developers with companies through real-world coding challenges. In 2022, she joined the Board of Suraj Mani Engineers as a Director. Her deep understanding of the IT sector adds a crucial dimension to SME, offering valuable insights into one of our largest client industries. With her blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and strategic perspective, Seena strengthens the leadership team and contributes to shaping SME’s vision for the future.

We operate from our Head Office in Bangalore & often depute our design, projects, and execution teams to outstation projects mainly for existing clients with larger requirements. We have Branch offices in Chennai, Kochi, Mysore & Mumbai.What is focus contracting?
